We recently completed a large century home renovation with Arnie Bauman Construction. We’re writing this testimonial in order to describe our very positive experience with this company.
Our renovation began in the midst of the COVID pandemic, though it was planned long before. This created a host of logistical challenges, including safe workspace protocols and reliable and timely supplies of materials. Despite these challenges, Arnie was able to stay on top of all the important details and the job was completed on time.
Other facets of the job were handled in top notch fashion. The labourers were a pleasure to work with and very professional. Arnie also worked collaboratively with our design team, who helped bring our dream renovation to reality. We were kept in the loop with all the relevant decision points and our queries were returned in a very timely and detailed manner. Invoices were laid out in exacting details. There was also a surprise setback, in the form of a century-old buried oil tank under the driveway, but even then this scenario was resolved with efficiency and professionalism.

Arnie worked with us to create a design and develop the blue prints to build our new home. We have been in our new home for two years and love it. We can certainly tell it is a custom home by the added details and craftsmanship. Every trades person that we met only had great things to say about Arnie and his standard of work. Arnie always ensured that his tradesmen worked to his expectations. Any complications (which were minimal) after the house was built were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
